Better Faculty Development Services
We’re committed to helping our customers every step of the way and providing useful services to take care of all their needs. Read below to learn about the range of services we provide. We’re constantly growing and expanding our service options, so if you have something in mind that we don’t yet provide, or to discuss what options best suit your needs please contact us so we can explore how we can best meet your needs.
Training and workshops
We offer a range of training including, mental health awareness, personal resilience, humanistic leadership, mental health first aid, suicide intervention skills, and programs tailored for you specific needs and circumstances
Public speaking
If you would like a speaker for you event or conference, some of our areas of expertise are, stigma reduction, businesses and mental health, genuine resilience, supporting people with poor mental health, and talking through taboos, and much more.
Counselling
We offer counselling to individuals, and individual professional coaching, this service is offered at a location of your choosing within the south east Queensland corner or on web services.
Organisational services
Mental health strategy, policy review, gap analysis, and more. The depth to which is up to you, we can review a small subset, for instance your return to work practises or provide business wide recommendations through a mental health lens that will provide the most benefit or greatest efficiency to meet your needs.
Mediation and conflict resolution
Parties don't always see eye to eye, but we are experts in working together with multiple parties to find effective common working ground with a solution focused approach from a unbiased and humanistic perspective. Please email us, so we can see how our services can best meet your needs
